about the offer of flats, shopping and service opportunities, but also about everyday life at SMART & GREEN City Slovakia.
SGC Real – Real estate centre
SG Real app contains a full offer of flats and non-residential premises
in SMART & GREEN City Slovakia projects.
It is also intended for the sale and rental of these premises to real estate agencies and
real estate agents. There is also space for banks, insurance companies and financial
service providers. Quick registration and creation of your own sales account offers
real estate agents the opportunity to earn bonuses on multiple sales.
SGC Card – Residential card
This app can be used to order goods, services or food delivery.
Its holder can use all discounts at all our partners and suppliers.
Here you will find a discussion forum for mums focused on the swapping of baby clothes,
toys and recipes and a discussion forum focused on improving the community life.
SG Card includes the rental of books, tools and even solar cars and
electric bikes. You can use the app to order baby-sitting services for kids,
nursing services for the elderly and delivery of medicines.
SG City management – Building management
This app ensures central management of the operation of
SMART & GREEN CITY Slovakia neighbourhoods. The app includes services related to the management of buildings in our projects, but also to the sale of heat and warm water, monthly billing of energy consumption, technical maintenance and of course guaranteed stable energy prices.
It also includes the cleaning of common and outdoor areas and maintenance of lawns
and greenery. Our app offers servicing for small repairs in households,
as well as 24-hour servicing for emergency situations.
